rules
throughout the process:
> You will receive rough drafts/sketches of the commission.
> Please approve the sketch so that I can continue working on the commission.
> After the sketch is agreed on, you will then receive a clean/final drawing of the commission. Again, please approve the drawing before I proceed.
> If you have commissioned a colored piece, you may either provide a color palette or need to approve of the color drafts I will send.
> Upon completion, I will send your finished commission through email. You will receive a full-resolution file of your commissioned artwork (300 DPI, 3300px on the shortest side). Both JPEG and PNG file formats will be included.
> Please communicate with me if you have any questions or issues!
TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions, and you will be held accountable for any violations. Exceptions may be agreed upon during private communication (DM through Instagram or email [email protected]).

> Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.
> I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.
> Photo references will be required.
> Please let me know if you have a deadline. If the deadline requires your commission to be moved up on the waitlist, you will be charged a rush fee.payment:
> Payments are accepted through Paypal or Venmo (USD only).
> Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
> You will be notified if your request has been accepted.process and delivery:
> I will begin your commission shortly after receiving payment.
> Turnaround time will vary based on your request, the waitlist, and unanticipated factors (such as health/ emergencies/ etc.).
> I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission. This will provide opportunities for you to give feedback and make alterations (revisions will be limited).
> Upon completion, you will receive the full revolution image through email.revisions:
> One (1) revision will be available free of charge at each stage of the work in progress; however, if you decide to change something we previously agreed upon, a fee will be added. This fee will be based on the difficulty of the change.
> No revisions will be made on the completed piece unless there has been a misunderstanding on my end.copyright and usage:
> I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission request at any time and for any reason.
> I will retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media (with a watermark) for self-advertisement purposes.
> I will retain all rights over any progress images that may be sent throughout the process. You are only paying for the final image.
> I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
> I will not sell your commission to someone else unless you, the client, have violated any terms.
> You may upload the artwork you commissioned on social media and have the rights to personal use of the artwork.
> You may NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, reproduction, etc.)
> You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
> You may NOT remove my signature from the artwork.
> You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.cancellation and refund policy:
> You will not be allowed a refund if I have already started the commission.
> You will receive a refund if I am not able to start the commission.
> If you cancel your commission before I start working on it, you will receive a full refund.
> If you are expecting a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
> If you request a PayPal chargeback when you were not allowed a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will no longer be allowed to commission me again.
